The Gatherer

This is a prototype for a potential survival/farming game that I may make in the future!

Originally, the game was supposed to be a complete farming game, about gathering materials in the world and using these materials to build your farm -- however, I did not have enough time to finish the prototype in the time I wanted to. The game went from being a game about gathering materials and creating a farm to a game just about gathering materials.

The goal for this game was to see how much I could get done and published in three days. Despite not being satisfied completely with the amount I got done, I am happy I was able to get something done.

Hopefully, this does not mean I will abandon this project in the future, as it is something I would like to see more fleshed out.

So far, the game features procedural generated worlds, with the options to choose a small, medium, or large world. The player is free to explore these worlds to their heart's content!

There is also an inventory where the player can keep track of how many resources they have gathered so far. One day you'll be able to do something with those resources! (maybe.)

The game does not feature any sounds at the moment -- this will likely come in the future (if I come back to this).
